Erin’s Crate and Barrel Private Registry Plus Event

At the beginning of March, our team was thrilled to host the first PRE+ Private Registry Event at the Woodfield Crate & Barrel store. We were determined to bring a touch of spring to the Chicagoland area, even if the temperature only reached 30 degrees! A stellar team of vendors collaborated to create a beautiful morning that allowed couples to not only start their registries but also have a little fun while doing it! We are so excited to share these gorgeous shots from T&S Photography with you!

Our guests were welcomed to the store with the unique AdventureBooth experience! What could be more fun than a photo booth in a vintage trailer? After couples took a few fun snapshots, they walked into the store to discover a to die for spread by the fabulous BOKA Catering Group. From smoked salmon deviled eggs, mini quiches, and tuna BLT skewers to mini lemon meringue tarts and coffee parfaits, there were delicious options both savory and sweet. To top it all off, BOKA provided a lemonade bar for guests to sip on while the browsed the store.

Around the store, many other vendors were stationed interacting with guests. Design by Angelika created custom Chicago prints for each couple to take home. She wrote both the couple’s names and their wedding date in stunning calligraphy on each print. Steve’s Flower Market hosted a DIY bouquet bar for guests to try their hand at being a florist. Lastly, Mighty Fine Shindig rounded out the ambiance with music filling the store for the entire event.

I had the privilege of collaborating with both the Crate and Barrel store team and Steve’s Flower Market to design a tablescape showcasing some Crate and Barrel product.   I had a few words in mind when styling the table: kinfolk, warm, intimate, natural. I wanted this table to feel like your loved ones could pull up a chair and enjoy a meal together. Nothing too glam or glitzy, just chic pieces effortlessly put together to create an inviting table.
