When we posted our “Best Nine” Instagrams of 2015 earlier this week, it got us thinking about what a year 2015 has been for our team. We’ve celebrated with so many amazing couples, have been lucky enough to attend some pretty fabulous events, and have already met and begun working with so many new Brides & Grooms getting married in 2016 & 2017. This has, without a doubt, been one of the best years for us, and (not to sound so “New Year” cliche, but…) we truly cannot wait to see what 2016 brings!
We did some digging through the archives and put together our best photos, blog posts, and moments of Team SG’s 2015! Happy New Year!
We’ll start with January! Last year, Paramount Events hosted our team for the best cooking class as our 2014 Holiday Party. We were greeted with some amazing appetizers, a sangria bar, and had the best dinner! This absolutely goes down as one of our favorite memories of the year.
Our Q&A with Shannon was one of our most fun, personal blog posts yet. Shannon’s tips and insight were helpful, but the best part of this series is the bloopers – if you haven’t seen them, you have to watch them right.now.
One of our favorite events of 2015 was the at #RevelDowntown, hosted by The Revel Group. No detail was spared – from our names on the chairs in lieu of place cards down to the ever fabulous lash bar by Dorothy & Delora!
Another major highlight of 2015 was Shannon & Steve’s Italian Honeymoon! We got a ton of vacation inspiration, packing tips, recipes, and European fashion out of one trip!
And we absolutely had to add Bridget’s wedding to our Best of 2015! It was the epitome of summer chic and we were so happy to spend time together as a team. (Photo Credit: Jeremy Lawson Photography)
Over the summer, we were honored to be a part of the Gene & Georgetti Rosemont opening. We loved working in this gorgeous space with their team, and were so thankful for the opportunity to have our entire team working together, which never happens! Huge thanks to Gene & Georgetti for allowing us to be a part of such a special day, and to Carasco Photo for this awesome shot!
We were lucky enough to have a few four-wedding weekends this past season, and somehow in between those crazy weekends, we found the time to get together for a little Happy Hour at our fav spot, City Winery!
