From Erin: Jackie + Alex are seriously too cool for me. I spent their entire wedding day not only obsessing over every single detail but also obsessing over how calm they were! There was not a single moment of stress, not one! From the moment I walked into Jackie’s suite at The Langham on wedding morning, everyone was relaxed and having an amazing time and this vibe carried throughout their entire day ending in the best party!
Now let’s talk details- this couple knows how to do details well. From the personalized crossbody bags gifted to the bridesmaids to the beyond adorable napkins featuring their pup, there was no detail left unthought of. Their modern theme carried seamlessly throughout the day and culminated in a to-die-for take on Art Institute’s Griffin Court. It is so hard to pick a favorite element of this day. I mean, there were dog napkins, Big Star tacos, the magic of Revel Decor, etc. However, one element stands out and that was the 15 piece mariachi band!! They played during cocktail hour and welcomed guests down the escalators into the reception room. To open the dance floor, the mariachi band teamed up with the ever amazing Gold Coast Events to play a duet of Despacito which has got to be one of my favorite wedding moments EVER! Cheers to Jackie + Alex and their beautiful day captured perfectly by Stoffer Photography!
