One of our new favorite recipes: skinny spaghetti & meatballs!
THE RECIPE:
We doubled the recipe in the video; the recipe below will serve 4!
Ingredients (meatballs):
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 zucchini, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and garlic salt
Ingredients (sauce:
- 2-8 oz. cans of tomato sauce
- Your favorite pasta – as much as you want! ;)
- Salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and garlic salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400. Combine all ingredients (ground turkey, egg, shredded zucchini, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and garlic salt) in a large bowl and mix them all together! Grease the pan with a bit of olive oil, and shape the turkey mixture into ~1″ meatballs. Cook for ~40 minutes, flipping the meatballs over at the halfway point.
