It isn’t very often that I switch up my breakfast routine. For as long as I can remember, the only things I’ve eaten for breakfast are Greek yogurt and smoothies (besides pancakes/bagels on cheat days, of course!). But a few months ago when I was on a peanut butter banana shake kick, I decided that I needed better fuel for the start of my day. And what better way to fuel up than with a bunch of fruit! So I came up with my version of a berry banana smoothie…
What I love most about this smoothie is that it is extremely low in calories, but still fills you up. (It’s also not too bad to knock off a full day’s worth of fruit in one meal!) Grab your blender and enjoy!
